Codes
Roblox codes, explained
There are four kinds of Roblox code. Three go in at roblox.com/redeem; game codes go inside each game. None of them is a free Robux generator.
| Code | Where you get it | What it gives | Where you enter it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gift card | Shops and online retailers | Robux or Roblox Credit | roblox.com/redeem, in a browser |
| Robux coin or Party Pack | Shops | 50 Robux per coin, 200 per Party Pack card | roblox.com/redeem, in a browser |
| Promo code | Roblox events and giveaways | A free item, usually for a short time | roblox.com/redeem, in a browser |
| Game code | The game's creator | Free rewards inside that game only | Inside the game |
Redeeming gift cards, coins and promo codes
Open roblox.com/redeem in a web browser, log in to the right account and type the code. The regular phone and console apps don't redeem codes; Samsung Galaxy phones are the exception. If a code fails, look-alike characters are the usual cause: our redeem guide lists them.
How game codes work
Roblox lets creators give away codes for their own game, with rules:
- The reward can only be used inside that game.
- It can't have any value in Robux or real money.
- The code must be published publicly: on the game's page or the creator's public posts.
- You can't be asked to pay or trade for it.
That is why codes come from each game's own creator, usually on their Discord server, X account or game page, and why they often expire after an update.
Spotting a fake
- Anything promising free Robux is fake. Game codes can't give Robux, and promo codes give items.
- No real code needs your password, a download or a survey.
- Codes posted by people who didn't make the game may be old, wrong or made up.
Codes on xarmo
Most code lists copy each other. We only list a game's codes when we can check them against its creator's own post, with the date we checked. We haven't published any yet. Meanwhile each game page below links to the official game.
