Rainbow Six Siege's EML Challenger Circuit will send its top four teams into online playoffs on November 3-5, with €15,000 in prize money and a clearer route toward the 2027 Challenger Finals.
Ubisoft's October 6 update says the four highest teams on the Europe and MENA circuit leaderboard will enter a double-elimination bracket. Every online playoff match is best-of-three, so one loss drops a team into the lower bracket rather than immediately ending the run.
The top two keep playing in Milan
The November 3-5 bracket is not the final stop. Ubisoft says its top two teams will move on to a best-of-five offline Grand Final at Milan Games Week & Cartoomics on November 27.
The prize split for the four playoff teams is €8,000 for first, €4,000 for second, €2,000 for third and €1,000 for fourth. Ubisoft also says the two finalists gain access to an advanced stage of the Challenger Finals, which are scheduled for early March 2027 and feed promotion into EML 2027.
There is another competitive reward attached to those top two positions. Ubisoft says the best two Challenger Circuit teams will receive direct places in the Six Invitational 2027 Last Chance Qualifier Finals in São Paulo, skipping the open-qualifier stage.
That makes the late-season circuit more than a small prize-pool playoff. Results can affect both the regional path toward EML promotion and a separate route into the Six Invitational qualification structure.
Circuit points connect a year of events
The EML Challenger Circuit covers Europe and MENA and is built around points rather than one isolated qualifier. Ubisoft's season structure uses three primary tournaments — North Rainbow Rumble, Central Combine and South Breach — alongside partnered third-party events that can also award circuit points.
Esports Insider reported the same structure earlier in 2026, including a €75,000 total circuit prize pool and the use of partnered tournaments to widen the points race beyond Ubisoft's three main events.
That context matters because the November top four are not simply invited names. Their places come from points accumulated across the 2026 circuit.
The system is designed as a path-to-pro layer below the top regional league. Ubisoft's current update says the strongest Challenger Finals teams can ultimately earn promotion into EML 2027, so the November playoffs sit near the end of a longer ladder rather than acting as a standalone cup.
The format keeps one safety net
Double elimination means the top four can survive one bad series. Teams begin on the upper side of the bracket, and a first loss sends them down rather than out. A second loss ends the run.
That gives the highest-ranked teams a little more room than a single-elimination playoff while still keeping the schedule compact across November 3, 4 and 5.
The exact four teams will depend on the final circuit leaderboard as South Breach and remaining partner events conclude. What is confirmed already is the shape of the finish: four online playoff teams, two Milan finalists, €15,000 in prize money, and progression benefits that carry into 2027.
For teams chasing a professional place, November is therefore less about one trophy than about staying alive on several paths at once.
