Epic has already listed the next rotation. Breathedge and Rival Stars Horse Racing: Desktop Edition are scheduled to become the free-game offers for the following week, replacing Cardpocalypse on August 27.
That makes the deadline more important than the download size. If Cardpocalypse looks like something you might play later, claiming it before the store rotates is enough to preserve the licence. If it does not interest you, there is no special benefit to adding every giveaway purely because the price is zero.
The Albion Online bundle needs a little more context. Albion Online itself is free-to-play, and the bundle is a set of cosmetics and progression items. It can be useful to an existing or curious Albion player, but it should not be counted as another full premium game beside Cardpocalypse.
