Privacy

This page explains how Xarmo handles information when people visit the website and play its browser games.

Current scope: Xarmo does not currently offer public user accounts, purchases, subscriptions or public profile features.

Services used

Xarmo uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security and operational analytics. Google Analytics is used on the canonical production website to understand site and game usage. Google AdSense site code may also be loaded on the canonical production website for account verification, consent messaging and advertising.

Information that may be processed

Depending on provider configuration, browser settings, region and consent choices, these services may process page views, approximate location, referrer information, browser and device details, network and security information, advertising identifiers, cookie or local-storage information, and interactions with advertisements.

Why information is used

Advertising and consent

Advertising availability and personalisation may vary by country, device, browser settings and consent choice. Where required, Xarmo and its providers will request consent or present privacy choices before using advertising storage or personal data for personalised advertising.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to Xarmo or other websites. Google controls the advertisements and advertising technology providers used through AdSense. Visitors can manage personalised-ad choices through Google Ads Settings (external site), and can use the privacy choices shown by Xarmo where available.

What Xarmo does not intentionally collect

Xarmo does not intentionally record game keystrokes, private messages, passwords, payment details or sensitive form values through its analytics or advertising configuration.

Service providers and overseas processing

Google and Cloudflare may process analytics, advertising, delivery and security information on infrastructure outside Australia. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms and service configurations.

Retention and future changes

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably useful for operations, security, analytics, advertising and product improvement. This notice will be updated before materially broader data collection or new account and payment features are introduced.

Access, correction and concerns

A public privacy mailbox is not published until the site owner confirms that the mailbox exists. Because current provider data is generally aggregated, pseudonymous or controlled by third parties, it may not always be possible to identify a particular visitor record.

Read the Data Collection page for more detail about current services.
